• Processing: Orders are accepted during our break and will ship starting January 15 / 1–2 business days. Tracking emailed on dispatch.

• Quebec: $9.99 — free ≥ $100 (after discounts, before fees). ETA 1–3 biz days.

• Rest of Canada: calculated at checkout. 3–7 days.

• USA: calculated at checkout. 4–8 days.

• International: calculated at checkout. 6–15 days.

• Pickup: free at Ste-Julie J3E 1P9 (email when ready; show order # + ID).

• Local delivery (Ste-Julie, J3E): fee [$X.XX], free ≥ [$XX], deliveries [days/hours]. If unavailable, we leave it at your safe spot (or at door).

• Taxes: no GST/QST.

• PO Boxes: supported via Canada Post.

• Marked delivered, not received: 1) neighbors/building 2) wait 24–48 h 3) contact us.

• Lost/Damaged: report within 7 days; keep packaging + photos; we claim and replace/refund per outcome.
